Key Responsibilities:
Crew Chief:

Lead and supervise wireline crew during open hole operations.

Plan, coordinate, and execute logging jobs according to program requirements and client expectations.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and mobilized.

Conduct pre-job safety meetings and risk assessments.
-
Interface with clients, providing technical support and real-time updates.
-
Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure timely reporting.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Operator:
-
Assist with preparation, rig-up, and rig-down of open hole logging tools and equipment.
-
Operate wireline units and winches under direction of the Crew Chief.
-
Support data acquisition and tool maintenance activities.
-
Perform pressure control equipment handling and inspection.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and job site.
-
Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents or anomalies.
