Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead all offshore slickline operations in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Plan and coordinate slickline activities with rig crews, service companies, and client representatives.

Oversee tool preparation, deployment, and retrieval including gauge cutting, setting/pulling plugs, deploying logging tools, and memory gauges.

Conduct job risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

Monitor and maintain slickline equipment to ensure operational readiness and integrity.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all operations, including job tickets, end-of-job reports, and incident reports.

Train and mentor junior slickline personnel and ensure team competency.

Manage inventory of tools and spares, and ensure all lifting and pressure control equipment is certified and in good working order.

Liaise with the onshore support team and provide technical feedback and performance improvement input.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on slickline experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Previous offshore experience is essential.

Proficient in a wide range of slickline operations including fishing, setting/pulling plugs, deploying memory tools, and other mechanical interventions.

Strong knowledge of pressure control equipment (BOPs, lubricators, etc.).

Valid offshore certifications including:

BOSIET/FOET
-
Medical (OGUK or equivalent)
-
H2S and confined space training
-
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
