Our Client is currently seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors for offshore work in Ghana. The role oversees day-to-day site activities, leads the well testing crew, ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards in Ghana, and provides accurate data to support well evaluation and production decisions.
Operational Execution

Supervise and coordinate all offshore well testing activities, including rig-up, operations, and rig-down.

Ensure well test packages and equipment are installed, function-tested, and operated according to procedures and client specifications.

Provide technical support during well clean-ups, flowback, production testing, DST, TCP operations, and data acquisition.

Monitor well parameters, equipment performance, and test results to ensure high-quality data delivery.

Lead pre-job planning, hazard analysis, and operational risk assessments.

Prepare daily reports, job logs, and final well test documentation.
