Our client in Bolivia requires a number of Winch Operators for an upcoming project in Bolivia. The Senior Winch Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of winch units used in well service operations, including wireline, slickline, and workover support.
Operate winch units during field service operations, ensuring precise control, proper tension, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
Perform pre-job inspections, maintenance checks, and functionality tests on winch units and associated equipment.
Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and service crews to execute operations according to job programs and safety protocols.
Monitor line conditions, depth control, and tool deployment to ensure operational integrity.
Assist in rig-up and rig-down activities in compliance with company and client procedures.
