About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong EPC experience on behalf of our client to oversee a brownfield offshore Oil & Gas redevelopment project. The role carries full responsibility for project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commercial oversight, and stakeholder management. You will be expected to lead project delivery from pre-FEED through to execution, ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of a brownfield offshore redevelopment project.
  • Oversee all phases of the EPC lifecycle, including pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCI execution.
  • Provide technical oversight with an engineering-first mindset, especially around process equipment packages (pressure vessels, piping, skids, instrumentation, valves, pumps, etc.).
  • Full responsibility for commercial and financial management, including KPI tracking, internal reporting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Interpret and administer legal contracts, ensuring project delivery aligns with contractual obligations and risk management requirements.
  • Manage all key stakeholders, including sub-contractors, end clients, vendors, and supply chain partners.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and reports, including steering committee and board-level updates.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience managing EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven experience across the full pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCI lifecycle.
  • Strong engineering background with a preference for candidates experienced in oilfield process equipment.
  • Demonstrated capability in commercial management, reporting, and KPI measurement across project lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of legal contracts and their application within project execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to steering committees or senior leadership.
