Oilfield Services Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor
As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating coiled tubing operations. This will be in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
Responsibilities of the Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise coiled tubing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage a team of coiled tubing operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance and inspection of coiled tubing equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working conditions and meets safety standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, conducting regular safety meetings and risk assessments.
- Ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of coiled tubing services, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in coiled tubing operations, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Relevant certifications in coiled tubing operations and supervisor roles are highly desirable.
- Proficient in the operation and maintenance of coiled tubing equipment, with a strong understanding of downhole tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Arabic language proficient is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
