Upstream Pipeline and Process Services Supervisors
We are currently recruiting for 6 Pipeline and Process Services Supervisors on behalf of our client in Saudi Arabia.
These positions offer a competitive daily rate and a rotational work schedule.
Responsibilities of the Pipeline and Process Services Supervisors:
- Lead field teams in the execution of pipeline and process services.
- Manage the deployment and operation of specialised equipment for pipeline cleaning, testing, and drying.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure readiness for pipeline and process services.
- Lead, motivate and manage the performance of field teams, including technicians and operators.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in managing pipeline services teams.
- Hands-on experience in pipeline and process services operations.
- Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
