Key Responsibilities:

Support drilling and engineering teams with document control, reporting, and administrative tasks

Manage and maintain operational data, records, and technical documentation (e.g., well files, permits, equipment logs)

Coordinate information flow between departments and external stakeholders

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards using operational data

Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory compliance

Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, audits, and operational planning
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a technical administrative role within oil & gas, preferably drilling operations
-
Strong understanding of document control practices and industry terminology
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-
Familiarity with drilling documentation systems (e.g., WellView, OpenWells, AFE tracking tools)

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
-
Certificate or diploma in business administration, engineering support, or a related field
-
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Maximo
-
Knowledge of regulatory documentation and compliance standards

HSE awareness and understanding of oilfield operations

6-month initial term, with potential to extend based on performance and project needs
