Upstream Unconventional Coiled Tubing Supervisor
Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisors with a solid background in unconventional oil and gas operations to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of coiled tubing operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of working in challenging environments.
Responsibilities of the Unconventional Coiled Tubing Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage coiled tubing operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of coiled tubing professionals, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and execute coiled tubing projects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all coiled tubing activities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in coiled tubing operations, specifically in unconventional oil and gas environments.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in coiled tubing operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant technical certifications and training in coiled tubing operations.
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to the local working environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
