Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all phases of well testing operations including equipment rig-up, flow testing, clean-up, sampling, and rig-down.

Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in line with company procedures and local regulations.

Lead and coordinate well testing crews and service providers on site.

Review and interpret well test programs, ensuring proper execution and real-time decision-making.

Monitor pressure, temperature, flow rates, and other critical parameters throughout the test.

Ensure accurate data recording and reporting of test results, including daily reports and end-of-well summaries.

Maintain clear communication with company representatives, drilling, and reservoir engineers.

Oversee proper functioning, maintenance, and pressure testing of all well testing equipment.

Identify operational risks and implement proactive measures to minimize hazards.
-
Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analyses (JHA), and risk assessments.
