Job Title: TCP Engineer – Onshore Support

Duration: Minimum 3 Months
Start Date: Mid-November to 1st December
We are seeking an experienced TCP (Tubing Conveyed Perforation) Engineer to join our onshore operations team for a minimum 3-month project assignment, starting between mid-November and 1st December. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design, planning, and execution support for TCP operations, with a strong focus on E-FIRE and HDF firing system readiness and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop TCP job designs, equipment schematics, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with project supervisors, offshore personnel, and third-party vendors to ensure operational readiness.
- Support real-time perforation operations, offering troubleshooting guidance where required.
- Ensure compliance with HPHT and H2S operational protocols.
- Participate in risk assessments, tool string modelling, and post-job performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and service quality reports.
- Develop and validate TCP job programs, tool string schematics, and perforation firing sequences.
- Provide operational support to offshore execution teams during live perforation activities.
- Ensure full compliance with HPHT, H2S, and firing system safety protocols.
- Configure, test, and interpret data from HDF and E-FIRE firing systems.
- Lead or participate in risk assessments, FMEAs, and post-job performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation, service quality reports, and engineering records.
