8 x TCP Offshore Operators required for high profile project offshore Western Australia Q1, 2026 for 6 months.
Rotation is 6×3 or 4×4. 5+ Years Experience as TCP Field Operator required with Offshore Experience.

The TCP Offshore Operator is responsible for preparing,
deploying, and operating Tubing-Conveyed Perforating systems, loading and unloading guns offshore. This includes pre-job planning, equipment maintenance and post-job reporting. The specialist ensures that all
operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE
standards and client requirements.


Job Preparation and Planning
  • Participate in pre-job safety meetings and hazard identification (HAZID) reviews
  • Ensure all tools and explosives are prepared, tested, and documented according to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete and accurate
  • Maintain the required safety training and reporting objectives
Offshore Execution:
  • Manage TCP gun loading
  • Manage arming and installation of firing heads and detonating systems
  • Monitor wellhead parameters, coordinate BOP controls with rig or completion crews to ensure smooth execution
  • Troubleshoot equipment or operational issues during the job to minimize downtime
  • Performs operations with explosives in line with Company Explosives Standards and Procedures
Post-Job Activities:
  • Lead tool redress, explosives reconciliation, and post-job equipment inspection
  • Complete job reports, run sheets, and explosives tracking logs accurately and in a timely manner
  • Equipment Maintenance & Readiness
  • Maintain TCP equipment, firing heads, and ancillary tools in operational condition
  • Perform function testing, pressure testing, and documentation of all assemblies
