We are seeking experienced Well Testing Operators and Senior Well Testing Operators to join our Clients operations across Europe. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing and supervising well testing activities in support of exploration, appraisal, and production operations — ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in accordance with company and client standards.
The main locations will be:
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • France
  • Austria
Day rates for positions will be as per below:
  • Operators: 400 EURO per day
  • Senior Operators: 450 EURO per day


For Well Testing Operators:

  • Assist in the rig-up, operation, and rig-down of well testing equipment at the wellsite.

  • Operate and monitor surface well test (SWT) systems, separators, burners, data acquisition systems, and related equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and best practices during operations.

  • Carry out routine maintenance and pre-job equipment checks.

  • Record operational data and assist in preparing job reports.

  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities under the supervision of senior staff.

  • Work collaboratively with other service lines (e.g., wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, frac, etc.) to ensure smooth field operations.

For Senior Well Testing Operators:

  • Lead and supervise well testing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all stages.

  • Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

  • Manage rig-up/rig-down, commissioning, and operation of all well testing equipment, including separators, chokes, gauges, manifolds, burners, and sampling systems.

  • Mentor and train junior operators and technicians.

  • Liaise with clients, wellsite representatives, and internal coordinators to ensure job objectives are met.

  • Ensure all operations are executed in accordance with company procedures, QA/QC standards, and industry best practices.

  • Prepare detailed job reports, equipment performance records, and lessons learned documentation.
