Upstream Job Title: Machine Shop Division Manager
Location: Angola / Namibia
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Machine Shop Manager with oilfield experience to build and lead a machining and manufacturing division supporting oil & gas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish machine shop operations and capabilities
- Develop business strategy and revenue streams
- Manage production, quality, and delivery timelines
- Build relationships with oilfield service companies
- Lead team recruitment and operational setup
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in oilfield machining/manufacturing
- Background with companies such as NOV Inc. or Innovex International (or similar)
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Experience in international markets preferred
