Taking on the role of CEO at the start of 2022, Ford has nearly two decade’s experience in recruitment and manpower solutions, delivering significant growth in revenue & income in challenging environments , locations and markets across the globe. Ford is an expert in new country set ups and has particular knowledge of EMEA-CIS. He enjoys bringing discipline and efficiency to operations and satisfaction to our clients by delivering tailored and strategic manpower and global mobility solutions wherever their needs may lie. The foundations of any success he has achieved personally are the high-performing people he leads, who are keenly focused on exceeding customer requirements and business objectives.
David leads our business development strategy and is a strong international workforce solutions professional with over 14 years of experience in the oil, gas and wider energy sectors. David’s career has involved the management of large teams, providing solutions across multiple disciplines and functions that include sales, global mobility, contract, and permanent recruitment. He has managed million-dollar P&Ls across Europe & Africa and has a proven track record of delivering results. David’s industry-specific experience and international market knowledge make him the perfect partner to guide our clients on their people solutions.
People and Culture Manager
Faye joined the team in 2022 and came to us with a wide range of HR experience to help us ensure we’re offering the best support possible for our people – from policy, to training, on boarding and everything in between. In addition to achieving a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, prior to joining Visuna, Faye had been part of some key change projects within other organisations, including restructures and recruitment campaigns plus culture and vision implementation. Faye’s open-door policy allows team members to voice their thoughts and concerns on any topic and she leads by example, living our core values in day-to-day behaviour and interactions.
Marketing and Communications Manager
With over 12 years’ experience working in and leading marketing and communication teams in the leisure and hospitality sector, Hannah joined the business to support us through our rebrand journey and beyond. Holding a first class honours degree in Travel and Tourism Management and a Specialist Diploma in Digital Communications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Hannah thrives on planning, problem solving and attention to detail.
Kelly leads our operations functions and has been an invaluable member of the Visuna team for over 14 years. Her key accountabilities within the group include business process improvement, quality assurance and managing our global mobility offering. With a background in finance and accounting, her meticulous organisation and attention to detail ensure we operate in a safe and compliant manner in over 60 countries globally. On a personal note, Kelly is heavily involved in supporting her community and takes an active role within the local fire service and managing community cooperative enterprises.
Heather Burton Moore
Chief Executive – Asia Pacific
Heather joined the team in 2012 to head up our operations in South East Asia and Australia, so has witnessed the astonishing changes in the global energy sector during this time. Prior to this, Heather enjoyed over 20 years establishing education recruitment companies in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa. Heather’s focus on attracting and retaining first-rate consultants means our business benefits from some of the best talent in the industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony joined the business in 2021 as Financial Controller at a time of growth as the oil industry was awaking from the COVID-19 downturn. He was instrumental in managing the cash profile of the business through this period of growth, leading to the re-financing of the company to support the continued expansion. Moving to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2022, Anthony’s focus has been on establishing a clear financial plan for the growth of Visuna. With a CIMA qualification and over 20 years spent working within finance across a wide range of companies from start-ups to global Plc.’s listed on the London Stock Exchange and constituents of the FTSE 250 Index, Anthony has amassed considerable experience across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, FinTech, SAAS, Construction and Healthcare.
Regional Director - USA
Having joined Visuna in 2022 to lead our USA team, based at the Texas office, Luke has a strong background in client solutions at Director level, with tremendous experience in leading sales teams to exceed targets whilst gaining client exclusivity on multiple projects. Luke’s previous roles have included the creation and implementation of bespoke project solutions including site exclusivity, retained search, talent maps and even an RPO within the USA market. In his personal life, Luke has enjoyed working as a house music DJ, playing gigs across the UK and Italy, with his most recent performance raising nearly $10K for charity.
