Upstream Job Title: Product Line Manager – Thru Tubing Fishing / Well Intervention
Location: Angola / Namibia (Expat role)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Thru Tubing Fishing expert to lead and develop our Well Intervention product line. The successful candidate will drive business growth, build operational capability, and establish a strong market presence in Angola and Namibia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the Thru Tubing Fishing product line
- Identify business opportunities and expand market share
- Manage client relationships and commercial negotiations
- Build and lead an operations team for project execution
- Oversee job design, execution, and technical support
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial terms
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in Well Intervention / Thru Tubing Fishing
- Proven track record in product line or operational leadership
- Strong technical, commercial, and sales expertise
- Experience in contract management and tendering
- International/expat experience preferred
