Upstream Job Title: Product Line Manager – Tubular Running Services (TRS)
Location: Angola / Namibia
Role Overview:
The TRS Product Line Manager will lead the development of tubular running services, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop TRS business strategy and execution plan
- Build relationships with key operators and clients
- Lead operational team setup and service delivery
- Oversee equipment selection and maintenance
- Manage contracts, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Requirements:
- 20+ years in Tubular Running Services
- Experience in senior technical or managerial roles
- Strong commercial and contract management skills
- Proven leadership and team-building capability
- International experience preferred
Compensation:
- Includes a 10% profit share of product line revenue
