Upstream We are currently looking for experienced MPD Supervisors to join a major oil & gas service company supporting drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. This is an 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotational role, with immediate start required for suitable candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all Managed Pressure Drilling operations at the rig site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities. You will work closely with rig crews, client representatives, and service personnel to deliver smooth operations and quickly resolve any operational challenges.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day MPD operations on the rig
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in line with procedures
- Monitor drilling parameters and support operational decision-making
- Coordinate with clients, rig teams, and service providers
- Troubleshoot and respond to operational issues in the field
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
