Upstream We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Slickline / E-Line Consultants of all levels to support onshore oil and gas operations across multiple European locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing slickline and electric line interventions safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
This role requires extensive field experience, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence in production, well intervention, completion, and well integrity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute slickline and electric line (E-Line) operations on oil and gas wells.
- Perform installation, retrieval, and maintenance of downhole equipment including plugs, valves, gauges, flow control devices, and well integrity tools.
- Execute mechanical slickline interventions and support electric line conveyed services including logging, perforating, setting tools, and production diagnostics.
- Conduct well intervention activities safely and efficiently while minimising operational downtime.
- Review well programmes, risk assessments, and operational procedures prior to job execution.
- Ensure all operations comply with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to field personnel and client representatives.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and post-job documentation.
- Verify equipment certification, maintenance status, and readiness prior to mobilisation.
- Participate in pre-job meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Monitor well conditions and ensure intervention activities are carried out within approved operating parameters.
- Coordinate with drilling, completion, production, and intervention teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior slickline and E-Line personnel where required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must be an EU residence or residing in EU
- Proven experience working as a Slickline Supervisor, Consultant, Senior Operator, or Well Intervention Specialist.
- Demonstrable experience with electric line (E-Line) operations including logging, perforating, memory gauges, setting tools, and production evaluation services.
- Strong knowledge of slickline tools, electric line equipment, pressure control equipment, and well intervention techniques.
- Experience with onshore oil and gas operations.
- Strong understanding of well integrity, pressure control, and intervention risk management.
- Ability to interpret well schematics, completion diagrams, logging data, and operational procedures.
- Experience working with major operators and service companies is preferred.
- Valid industry-recognised safety certifications.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Europe.
