Upstream We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Coiled Tubing Consultants of various levels to support onshore oil and gas operations across multiple European locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing coiled tubing interventions safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements, industry best practices, and applicable regulatory standards.
This role requires extensive field experience, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver complex well intervention and production enhancement operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute coiled tubing operations on oil and gas wells.
- Lead well intervention activities including cleanouts, milling, stimulation support, nitrogen lifting, fishing, scale removal, and production enhancement programmes.
- Review and approve operational procedures, risk assessments, and intervention programmes prior to execution.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Monitor operational parameters and provide technical recommendations to optimise job performance and minimise risk.
- Supervise coiled tubing crews and coordinate activities with client representatives, drilling, production, and intervention teams.
- Verify equipment suitability, certification status, and operational readiness prior to mobilisation.
- Conduct pre-job meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure accurate operational reporting and preparation of end-of-job reports.
- Support well integrity management and barrier verification requirements throughout intervention activities.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior coiled tubing personnel.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must be an EU national or have EU residency due to entry requirements
- Proven experience working as a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, Consultant, Senior Operator, or Well Intervention Specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, intervention techniques, and pressure control systems.
- Experience conducting cleanouts, milling operations, fishing, stimulation support, nitrogen services, and production enhancement activities.
- Strong understanding of well integrity, pressure control, and intervention risk management.
- Experience with onshore oil and gas operations.
- Experience with onshore oil and gas operations.
- Ability to interpret well schematics, completion diagrams, intervention programmes, and operational data.
- Experience working with major operators and service companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Europe.
