Location: Angola
Our client, a leading oil & gas service company, is seeking an experienced Choke Operator to support well control and pressure management operations on drilling and well testing projects in Angola.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate choke manifold systems during drilling and well testing
- Control well pressure and flow rates safely and accurately
- Monitor equipment and respond to changing well conditions
- Work closely with drilling and well test teams
- Follow strict HSE and well control procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Choke Operator or similar oilfield role
- Strong understanding of well control and pressure systems
- Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, H2S, Well Control)
- Ability to work rotational offshore schedules
