Our client has requirements for Artificial Lift Specialist to work onshore in The United Arab Emirates

Responsible for supporting artificial lift operations through the installation, commissioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of Variable Frequency Drive systems.

The role works closely with production, operations, and engineering teams to maximize well performance, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime.

Experience with artificial lift systems, especially ESP operations.

Strong understanding of VFD programming and motor control principles.

Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.

Experience interpreting electrical schematics and control drawings.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and SCADA systems.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

VFD programming and commissioning

ESP operations and optimization

Electrical troubleshooting

Motor control systems

SCADA and automation systems

Production optimization

Root cause analysis

Technical reporting

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance
