Upstream We are currently supporting a leading international energy services company in the search for experienced Multi Skilled Specialists for rotational assignments in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidates will have a strong Measurement While Drilling (MWD) background and will be expected to support additional well construction activities across multiple disciplines. This opportunity is suited to experienced professionals who are adaptable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a multi-skilled operational environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working within a structured MWD competency framework and who are capable of expanding their responsibilities across broader well construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform core Measurement While Drilling (MWD) operations in line with operational procedures and client requirements.
- Support additional well construction activities across relevant disciplines, including:

- Drilling Fluids
- Equipment
- Drilling Operations
- GSS
- Cementing
- Well Construction Engineering (WCE)
- DFM
- Carry out assigned tasks safely, efficiently and in accordance with company, client and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure equipment is prepared, inspected and maintained to required operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with rig-site and support teams to optimise operational performance.
- Adapt to changing operational requirements and support multi-skilled service delivery.
- Participate in competency development, training and continuous improvement activities.
