Upstream We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient execution of coiled tubing operations across onshore projects in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will lead site operations, supervise field crews, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and deliver high-quality services in line with client expectations.
- Supervise all aspects of onshore coiled tubing operations.
- Lead and coordinate CT crews during rig-up, operations, maintenance, and rig-down.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company, client, and Dutch HSE regulations.
- Conduct pre-job planning, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
