Sales Manager to Lead Business Development for Global Service Company based in Perth, Australia
Experience Required:
Experienced Sales Manager is required for key role in a global Oil and Gas, LNG, mining, and industrial sector service company to work throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a pivotal role for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning work — from identifying and pursuing opportunities to closing significant contracts and building lasting client partnerships.

Job Requirements:
- Advanced technical knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry with a relevant Engineering / Management qualification.
- Formal sales, commercial, or business development
- Existing client base in Australian Oil and Gas and mining sector (desiderable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry including sales, business development, or senior commercial management capacity.
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing key accounts in a technical services environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales strategies in the oil & gas or industrial services sector.
- Experience with tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
Skills:
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills — confident at all levels from site supervisors to senior executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify value, articulate competitive advantage, and close deals.
• Advanced technical & commercial knowledge of services provided
• High level of written & verbal communication skills; able to produce compelling proposals and presentations.
• Proficiency with Customer Management tools, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet revenue targets in a dynamic environment
