Upstream We are seeking experienced Drilling Fluids Engineers to support offshore deepwater drilling operations in Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing drilling fluid systems to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling performance while maintaining full compliance with HSE and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, maintain, and optimize drilling fluid programs for deepwater wells.
- Monitor drilling fluid properties and recommend treatment programs.
- Provide technical support to offshore drilling operations.
- Ensure accurate reporting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Troubleshoot drilling fluid-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.
