Upstream Our client has upcoming requirements for experienced Well Testing Supervisors to work offshore in The Netherlands – Spain and Cyprus

Responsible for supervising and coordinating offshore well testing operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
Must have extensive experience in offshore well testing operations, with strong hands-on knowledge of test separators, surface well testing equipment, pressure control systems, and production monitoring.
Key responsibilities include supervising offshore crews, overseeing rig-up and rig-down operations, monitoring separator performance, ensuring accurate testing and data recording, and maintaining strict HSE standards throughout operations.
Requirements:
- Proven offshore Well Testing Supervisor experience.
- Extensive experience operating and monitoring test separators.
- Strong knowledge of offshore well testing equipment and procedures.
- Experience with pressure testing, flow testing and troubleshooting.
- Valid offshore safety and medical certificates.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience supervising well testing operations, preferably offshore or onshore.
- Strong hands-on experience with 2-phase and 3-phase well test separators.
- Knowledge of separator start-up, shutdown, pressure control, level control and troubleshooting.
- Experience monitoring oil, gas and water production rates and sampling operations.
- Familiarity with well test packages, manifolds, choke systems and associated pressure equipment.
- Strong understanding of HSE procedures, risk assessments, PTW and emergency response.
- Ability to lead and supervise well test crews and coordinate with client representatives.
- Experience preparing well test reports, operational records and daily progress reports.
- Relevant well control and H2S safety certifications.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions in challenging environments.
