Upstream Our client has upcoming requirements for experienced Well Testing Chief Operators to work offshore in The Netherlands – Spain and Cyprus

Responsible for overseeing and carrying out well testing operations safely and efficiently, ensuring all equipment and personnel meet operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate well test operations.
- Operate and monitor well testing equipment.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE procedures.
- Monitor pressure, flow rates and well performance.
- Carry out equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Lead and support well test crews.
- Complete operational reports and documentation.
- Communicate with clients and site supervisors.
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of all operations
Key requirements:
- Leadership: Direct and supervise well testing personnel and service crews.
- HSE Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety procedures, risk assessments and permit-to-work requirements.
- Operational Control: Oversee well testing equipment, pressure control systems, flow testing and production monitoring.
- Technical Knowledge: Understand well testing procedures, separation systems, pressure control equipment and well test data.
- Equipment Integrity: Ensure separators, choke manifolds, flow lines and associated equipment are inspected, tested and fit for purpose.
- Data Accuracy: Monitor, verify and report well test measurements and operational results.
- Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions safely.
- Communication: Coordinate with company representatives, engineers, supervisors and third-party service providers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate operational, safety and equipment documentation.
