A client approached us to provide recruitment for deepwater wells, specifically drilling supervision and support services for the simultaneous drilling of four deepwater wells (3,500ft) and four HPHT wells in Trinidad and Tobago (offshore).
The Solution
Using our global database of consultants, and additional talent acquisition methods, we were able to provide recruitment for deepwater wells. We selected and mobilised the required planning and project management personnel. This included both onshore and offshore team members.
Our Recruitment Co-ordinators provided full local support for the payment of taxes, accommodation for permanent and rotational personnel, visas and international transportation. This took the administration hassles out of global employment for the client and ensured they remained compliant with the relevant processes and legislation for that locale.
The project was a huge success. All the wells were drilling under budget and commercial quantities of gas were found.
