How do I register to apply for jobs?

You can register your details on our website here >

Once registered, you’ll have access to apply for all our energy and technology roles.

What do I do if I was previously registered with Oil Consultants?

If you had an account with Oil Consultants, you’ll still be in our system. On the Visuna site, simply use the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the Consultant Portal to reset your password.

What should I do if my password isn’t working?
  • Make sure your email is entered exactly as before (it’s case sensitive and shouldn’t contain spaces).
  • If you were registered with Oil Consultants, please request a new password.
  • If you’re a new applicant, your registration may still be processing, please allow 3-4 working days.
How long does it take for my registration to be processed?

Our Admin Team usually completes this within 3-4 working days. You’ll get an email once your registration is live.

How do I apply for energy and tech jobs?

Can I apply for roles outside my country?

Yes, many of our clients hire internationally. Check the job advert for any visa requirements or relocation details.

Do you offer permanent and contract roles?

Yes, we support both permanent placements and contract opportunities. Each job advert will indicate this.

Will I be contacted about roles that match my profile?

Absolutely. Our Recruitment Consultants actively search our database and will get in touch if a suitable opportunity comes up.

AFTER APPLYING

When should I expect an update on my application?

Your application will be reviewed by the consultant managing that role. If you’re shortlisted or submitted to a client, they’ll update you as soon as there’s feedback.

What does the process look like after I apply?

If your profile is a match, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps like interviews or compliance checks.

How do I update my CV or personal details?

Log into the Consultant Portal and edit your profile or upload a new CV.

Do you support IR35 or compliant payroll solutions?

Yes. For contract assignments, we work with trusted partners to ensure you’re paid compliantly and in line with local laws.
