Renewables Gas Turbine Supervisor
Our client is recruiting for a Gas Turbine Supervisor for work in Europe.
This position will supervise work to achieve high quality results on-time with zero safety incidents.
Responsibilities of the Gas Turbine Supervisor:
- Conduct daily inspections, testing, and submit progress reports to the Technical Advisor.
- Manage site activities, including planning, organising, integrating and monitoring of resources.
- Lead a team to ensure the safety, health, and welfare of all team members.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory safety training.
- Follow up on quality and safety concerns or suggestions from the team and provide feedback.
- Initiate and review all tasks with each team member for the applicable area of responsibility.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment and other safety equipment are available in adequate numbers and in good operating conditions.
- Review all quality and safety concerns immediately.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent concerns from occurring in the future.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Demonstrate progressive and responsive experience with various types of turbine generator equipment.
- Able to demonstrate project management skills and leadership skills.
- Possess expert skills and apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialisation.
- Good customer relationship management experience.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Good knowledge and experience practicing EHS and Quality Procedures.
