Coiled Tubing Operator
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Coil Tubing Operator to join our client’s team in Australia.

Responsibilities of the Coiled Tubing Operator:
- Coil Tubing Operations: Operate and monitor coil tubing equipment, ensuring all operations are performed according to industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on coil tubing equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently and safely.
- Well Services: Assist in various well intervention services such as stimulation, perforating, well clean out, and cementing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, conducting risk assessments before and during operations to minimize hazards.
- Operational Monitoring: Monitor key parameters such as pressure, flow rates, and equipment performance during operations and adjust as necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately complete operational reports, logbooks, and maintenance records as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise during the job.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with new equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in coil tubing operations or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Coil Tubing Operator or in a similar well-servicing role.
- In-depth knowledge of coil tubing equipment, pressure control systems, and down-hole tools.
- Strong understanding of well-servicing operations and techniques.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including offshore and remote locations.
- Valid truck license (MC)
- C6 Crane License
- Additional certifications related to coil tubing or well services (e.g., H2S, First Aid/CPR).
Physical:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 20 kg).
- Ability to work in various weather and physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
Additional Information:
- Field-based role requiring travel to well sites, both onshore and offshore.
- Irregular hours, including potential night shifts and weekend work.
- Remote work environment with occasional long shifts.
