Supervising Well Testing Operations: Ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of well testing procedures.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians, ensuring they follow safety protocols and operational standards.

Equipment Maintenance and Management: Ensure well testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally.

Monitoring Data: Collect, analyze, and report well testing data to provide insight into well performance and recommend necessary actions for optimization.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents, protect the environment, and ensure the well-being of all team members.

Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve operational or technical issues during well testing operations.

Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on well performance and testing results.

Extensive Field Experience: Candidates need several years of experience working in well-testing roles.

Leadership Experience: Supervisory or leadership experience in well testing or related oilfield operations is required, overseeing teams of operators, ensuring proper workflows, and maintaining safety.

Well Testing Equipment: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with well testing equipment (e.g., flow meters, separators, choke manifolds) and tools used in well site operations.

Day rate will be between $150 and $250
