Major client seeking Geothermal WT Supervisors for work in Croatia to commence April 2025
- Carry out operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual
- Undertake checks on all equipment ensuring compliance with client policies, standards & procedures ensuring they are technically correct for the operation being carried out
- Liaise with client representatives, participate in meetings/discussions as required ensuring quality of service to client
- Liaise with team members, & operations department ensuring all aspects of the operations are discussed to achieve safe operations & task completion
- Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes & specific client requirements
- Actively work with subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency progression
Previous working/technical experience within the relevant field (Well Test / Geothermal )
MUST HOLD EU Passport
