Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of offshore well testing operations (DST, clean-up, flowback, build-up, PVT sampling, etc.)

Act as the primary interface between client representatives, service companies, and rig personnel

Ensure well testing programs and procedures are followed and executed to specification

Monitor real-time well performance and advise on operational adjustments

Prepare daily reports, test summaries, and end-of-well documentation

Conduct risk assessments and participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks

Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maintain high safety and environmental standards

Validate and QA/QC well test data acquisition and interpretation

Oversee the rig-up and rig-down of well test equipment

Provide technical support and mentorship to junior personnel on site
Requirements:
-
Extensive experience in offshore well testing
-
Must reside in Europe and be able to work offshore in the UK
-
Strong technical knowledge of well test equipment (surface and down hole), test interpretation, and data validation
-
Familiarity with multi-phase flow, HPHT environments, and sour service wells
-
Must have valid offshore certifications: BOSIET/FOET, MIST, OGUK Medical

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
