Key Responsibilities:
Slickline Operators:

Conduct slickline operations including setting/removing plugs, deploying memory gauges, fishing, perforating, and valve manipulation.

Assemble and test pressure control equipment before operations.

Operate winches, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools under supervision.
-
Maintain accurate job records and service reports.
-
Conduct equipment maintenance and pre/post-job checks.
-
Adhere to company and client HSE policies and procedures.
-
Support rig-up and rig-down of equipment at wellsite.
Slickline Supervisors:
-
Lead and coordinate slickline operations ensuring technical excellence and safety.
-
Supervise and mentor a team of slickline operators and assistants.
-
Liaise with clients and on-site personnel to plan and execute jobs.
-
Ensure compliance with all well intervention procedures and safety standards.
-
Manage equipment inventory, logistics, and reporting for the operation.
-
Troubleshoot downhole issues and provide technical guidance.
-
Maintain detailed documentation, job logs, and post-job analysis reports.
