We are seeking a Directional Driller (Operator Level) to support field operations in Turkey. The role involves operating directional drilling tools and systems, following the well plan, and assisting the lead directional driller in maintaining the planned well path.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor directional drilling equipment

Follow instructions from lead directional driller and drilling engineer

Assist in adjusting toolface and slide/rotate sequences

Support MWD operations and interpret basic downhole data

Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Minimum 2–3 years experience in directional drilling operations
Basic understanding of BHA, well trajectory, and drilling parameters
Hands-on experience with downhole motors and directional tools
Team player with strong work ethic
Turkish language required; basic English preferred
Willing to work on rotational shifts in the field
