We are seeking experienced Mechanics (Maintenance Technicians) to join a major international oil and gas service company for an offshore assignment in Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project.
Position: Offshore Mechanic
Location: Offshore, Qatar
Duration: Approx. 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of offshore equipment and systems.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery in line with company and industry standards.
- Support daily operations and planned/unplanned maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the offshore team to maintain equipment reliability.
- Proven experience as a mechanic in the oil & gas sector (offshore experience highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, Medical, etc.).
- Ability to work in a multicultural offshore environment.
- Immediate availability or short notice period.
