About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Reservoir Engineer to join our team in a remote role. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder with proven expertise in reservoir engineering workflows, strong technical software skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead reservoir engineering studies across a range of assets, with a focus on optimizing field development and production strategies.

Apply advanced workflows in Petrel for static and dynamic modeling.

Conduct reservoir simulation, material balance, and decline curve analysis to support reserves evaluation and production forecasting.

Integrate geological, geophysical, and engineering data for comprehensive reservoir characterization.

Prepare clear, high-quality technical reports and deliver impactful presentations to management and partners.

Support multidisciplinary teams in decision making for exploration, appraisal, and development projects.
Essential Qualifications & Skills

10–15 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil & gas industry.

Strong proficiency in Petrel (static/dynamic workflows).

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Desirable Experience
-
Reservoir engineering in tight gas and/or unconventional resources.

Exposure to seismic interpretation and/or geophysical data integration.
Optional Skills
-
Experience in business development, including proposal writing and contract handling.
