Job Title: Completion Tools Technical Sales & Business Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Completion Tools Technical Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team in Libya. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in the completion and downhole tools sector, with strong local market knowledge and a track record of building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Research and develop new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.

  • Arrange and lead meetings between clients and product line experts.

  • Support in defining market-based pricing strategies for products and services.

  • Present new products and solutions to clients through tailored technical and commercial proposals.

  • Actively participate in tendering processes and secure new business opportunities.

  • Leverage market and competitor knowledge to strengthen the company’s unique value propositions.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Product Service Lines (PSLs) to ensure successful job execution and strong after-sales support.

  • Partner with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Deliver engaging customer presentations, workshops, and technical seminars to showcase company capabilities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Libyan nationality (or have the right to live and work in Libya) (required).

  • 5–10 years’ experience in completion and downhole service tools within the Libyan market.

  • Strong technical knowledge of completion tools and services.

  • Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.

  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
