Offshore Well Testing Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore Well Testing Supervisor for a 12-month contract, starting in early January 2026. The role will support well testing operations on offshore assets across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading field teams, managing well test packages, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all operations in accordance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute offshore well testing operations including well clean-up, flow tests, and data acquisition.

Lead the rig-up and rig-down of well test equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.

Coordinate with clients, drilling supervisors, and third-party contractors to ensure seamless operations.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and offshore safety protocols.

Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues and implement corrective actions quickly.

Maintain accurate documentation of all test data, safety records, and operational reports.

Manage crew performance and conduct shift handovers efficiently.

Ensure compliance with relevant Australian offshore regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of offshore well testing experience.

Proven leadership capabilities in supervising field crews on offshore rigs/platforms.

Strong working knowledge of DST, surface well testing, separators, burner systems, and PVT sampling.

Valid offshore certifications:

BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS

OGUK or equivalent medical
-
HUET
-

Familiarity with Australian offshore operations and safety legislation.

Must have full Australian work rights
