Key Responsibilities

Supervise well testing operations (surface and downhole) in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations at all times.

Plan, prepare, and execute well testing operations, including equipment rig-up/rig-down, flowback, clean-up, and data acquisition.

Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and readiness of well testing equipment and support tools.

Monitor and analyze well performance data, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Coordinate with client representatives, drilling/completions teams, and other service providers on site.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures when required.

Maintain accurate daily reports, job logs, and ensure timely submission of end-of-job documentation.

Promote continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- All applicants must have experience working in Saudi Arabia
- Saudi Nationals would be preferred due to Visa processing times
- Valid Transferable IQAMA would be a benefit
