Our client in Iraq requires a number of Wireline Field Specialists for upcoming projects in Iraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining wireline equipment, perform data acquisition and interpretation, and ensure service quality and operational excellence in challenging field environments. This role requires technical competence, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure in remote and demanding field locations.
Plan, prepare, and execute wireline operations (open hole and cased hole logging) according to SLB’s safety and service quality standards.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wireline units, logging tools, surface systems, and related electronic equipment.
Ensure accurate data acquisition, recording, and reporting of well information to clients.
Supervise and train junior field engineers and operators during field jobs.
Conduct pre-job and post-job equipment checks, calibrations, and maintenance.
Liaise with clients on job planning, execution, and evaluation of field results.
