We are urgently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with a background in Stimulation and/or Fracturing (Frac) operations to join our team in Argentina. This is a fast-track opportunity with immediate mobilisation required by the end of November.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining stimulation / frac equipment, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in line with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stimulation / frac pumping units, blenders, hydration units, chemical vans, or sand handling equipment.
- Assist with rig-up, rig-down, equipment checks, and job execution.
- Monitor pressure, rate, and fluid systems during operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
- Comply with HSE standards, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
- Previous experience as an Equipment Operator in Stimulation or Frac operations (essential).
- Familiarity with high-pressure pumping and fluid systems.
- Valid industry certifications and medical / fitness to work.
- Ability to work in rotational and remote field environments.
- Spanish or English fluency preferred (bilingual is a plus).
