Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee slickline operations, including wireline runs, gauge cutting, and well intervention tasks.

Ensure proper deployment and retrieval of slickline tools and equipment.

Perform maintenance and inspection of slickline units, winches, and associated tools.

Work closely with the offshore team to plan and execute well intervention operations safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Maintain accurate operational logs and reports for all slickline activities.

Comply with all safety, environmental, and company operational policies and procedures.

Participate in safety drills, pre-job planning, and risk assessments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in slickline operations in offshore environments.

Strong knowledge of slickline equipment, tools, and operational procedures.

Proficient in reading and interpreting well schematics, diagrams, and operational manuals.

Offshore survival and safety training certifications (BOSIET, HUET, etc.) are mandatory.

Ability to work in challenging offshore conditions and adapt to on-call schedules.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid medical fitness for offshore work.
