Our Client is currently seeking Well Testing Supervisors for an offshore project in Congo this month. The Supervisors will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing offshore well testing and clean-up operations, with a strong focus on fractured gas wells. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering high-quality test data and managing multidisciplinary offshore crews. The position requires extensive hands-on experience in gas well clean-ups, surface well testing equipment, and offshore HSE leadership.
All applicants must have a valid offshore survival certificate an OGUK or equivalent offshore medical to be considered for this position.
Supervise and execute offshore well testing, flowback, and clean-up operations on fractured gas wells.
Plan and manage well clean-up programs to safely remove frac fluids, debris, and contaminants while protecting reservoir integrity.
Oversee rig-up, operation, and rig-down of surface well testing equipment, including separators, choke manifolds, flare systems, sand management equipment, and data acquisition systems.
Ensure correct operating procedures for high-rate gas wells, including pressure control and sand handling.
