Onshore Well Testing Operators / Senior Operators / Supervisors

About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting Onshore welltesting Operators, Senior Operators and Supervisors for upcoming onshore campaigns in Australia, commencing in February 2026. The roles involve overseeing or executing well testing and clean-up operations.


Key Responsibilities:

For Senior Operators:

  • Operate and monitor well testing equipment during flowback, clean-up, and production testing operations.

  • Assist in rig-up and rig-down of surface test equipment including separators, tanks, flares, and flowlines.

  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, tested, and operated in accordance with HSE and QA/QC standards.

  • Record accurate test data and communicate findings with supervisors and client reps.

  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and routine inspections.

For Supervisors:

  • Lead and coordinate the well testing crew and ensure safe, efficient execution of all operations.

  • Interface with client representatives, drilling supervisors, and third-party vendors offshore.

  • Review and approve test procedures, job safety analyses, and operational checklists.

  • Manage test data acquisition, troubleshooting, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian offshore regulatory and safety requirements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of onshore well testing experience (Senior Operators)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (Supervisors)

  • Proven experience with onshore surface well testing, clean-ups, and flowback operations.

  • Strong understanding of pressure control, flare systems, separators, and sampling procedures.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, remote offshore environment on a rotational roster.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (for supervisory roles).

  • Full Australian Work Rights (preferred) , but may consider overseas personnel
