Job Title: Company Man / Workover Supervisor
Location: Onshore Africa (Exact location to be confirmed)
Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
Start Date: Target in-country date: May 1
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Company Man / Workover Supervisor to oversee onshore operations for a high-impact project in Africa. This role requires strong field leadership, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to effectively manage service companies while driving performance and efficiency on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise workover operations in the field
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all activities
- Manage and coordinate third-party service companies
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where needed
- Act as the primary on-site representative of the company
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company procedures
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to stakeholders

Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience as a Company Man or Workover Supervisor
- Strong background in onshore Africa projects (essential)
- Oilfield service experience (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple service providers effectively
- Fluent in English and French (preferred/ideal)
