Visuna’s History & Future
Established in 1999, we were previously known as Oil Consultants. We specialised in recruitment within the Oil & Gas sector globally. As Oil Consultants, we gained momentum and established a reputation of providing expert consultants to our clients worldwide. In 2022, we recognised the need for positive change in the energy sector. Using our skills and experience we are transitioning across all of the energy mix. We made the decision to change our name from Oil Consultants to Visuna and rebrand our company to reflect our repositioned focus, mission and values.
Connecting the best people to the right opportunities for over 20 years created a known reputation in delivering leading specialists on the global stage in traditional energy sectors. Now is the time to grow, evolve, diversify and embrace the new energy transition.

David leads the group operations for Visuna, covering sales, client development and local compliance. He is a strong international workforce solutions provider with over 16 years of experience in the oil, gas, energy and, more recently, technology sectors. David’s career has involved the management of large teams, providing solutions across multiple disciplines and functions that include sales, global mobility, contract, and permanent recruitment. He has managed million-dollar P&Ls across Europe & Africa and has a proven track record of delivering results. David’s industry-specific experience and international market knowledge make him the perfect partner to guide our clients on their people solutions.
Faye joined the team in 2022 and came to us with a wide range of HR experience to help us ensure we’re offering the best support possible for our people – from policy, to training, on boarding and everything in between. In addition to achieving a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, prior to joining Visuna, Faye had been part of some key change projects within other organisations, including restructures and recruitment campaigns plus culture and vision implementation. Faye’s open-door policy allows team members to voice their thoughts and concerns on any topic and she leads by example, living our core values in day-to-day behaviour and interactions.
Kelly leads our operations functions and has been an invaluable member of the Visuna team for over 14 years. Her key accountabilities within the group include business process improvement, quality assurance and managing our global mobility offering. With a background in finance and accounting, her meticulous organisation and attention to detail ensure we operate in a safe and compliant manner in over 60 countries globally. On a personal note, Kelly is heavily involved in supporting her community and takes an active role within the local fire service and managing community cooperative enterprises.
Heather joined the team in 2012 to head up our operations in South East Asia and Australia, so has witnessed the astonishing changes in the global energy sector during this time. Prior to this, Heather enjoyed over 20 years establishing education recruitment companies in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa. Heather’s focus on attracting and retaining first-rate consultants means our business benefits from some of the best talent in the industry.
Anthony joined the business in 2021 as Financial Controller at a time of growth as the oil industry was awaking from the COVID-19 downturn. He was instrumental in managing the cash profile of the business through this period of growth, leading to the re-financing of the company to support the continued expansion. Moving to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2022, Anthony’s focus has been on establishing a clear financial plan for the growth of Visuna. With a CIMA qualification and over 20 years spent working within finance across a wide range of companies from start-ups to global Plc.’s listed on the London Stock Exchange and constituents of the FTSE 250 Index, Anthony has amassed considerable experience across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, FinTech, SAAS, Construction and Healthcare.
Craig is a strong leader with an excellent track record of establishing long-term client partnerships. Joining Visuna in 2023, Craig was brought in to maximise the permanent recruitment side of our business. He has over 10 years of experience in senior recruitment positions, with a focus on filling roles in the tech sector. Craig is passionate about developing high performing recruitment teams and providing innovative solutions to recruiting in this highly competitive market.
Jeanne leads our business in the USA and is an energy professional with 19 years of experience across multiple energy sectors and regions. Her background includes supporting major capital projects with engineering and recruitment services across the USA, in addition to global workforce programmes in the UK, South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
