We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cement Unit Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of cement production units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of installation projects. The supervisor will monitor work progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control throughout the installation process, ensuring the efficient operation of the cement production unit upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of cement units, including machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to optimize installation processes.
- Conduct post-installation checks and ensure all systems are fully operational.
- Proven experience in cement unit installation or a similar industrial field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cement production processes and equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
